練蝶式快一個禮拜了
但每次頭要抬出水面的時候
都會覺得卡卡的
再多練習個幾下脖子就會很痠 感覺變很僵硬
我在出水的時候頭也沒有刻意用力阿
不知道是哪邊動作錯誤 煩請大家指教
