感謝各位推文的指教
這兩天去了練一下 感覺不能光靠下半身 踢玩水後上半做個往前延伸的動作會比較順
也比較容易打的深一點
那到底需不需要拿浮板練 我覺得拿浮板上半身就侷限住 相對下半身很難做出擺動
另外 講一下自由式的感想
之前大都在練自由式 慢慢有抓到一些感覺
腿得部分不需踢很急促 慢慢踢 只要能維持下半身不沉就好
手的部分 做好手推到底 及入水時往前延伸 我也沒做啥s划手
很自然的轉頭就換到氣 前進時有種滑行瓢移的感覺 很舒暢
但這感覺時有時無 雖然常去游 但有時下水怎麼游也游不順
可是過兩天游感覺又回來了 這是所謂的水感嘛?
且我目前也只能連游個3-400公尺
不知道那些能游個1-2000以上公尺的人 是花多久時間辦到的
