我最近有個困擾
作了瑜珈以後我全身都瘦了
但是唯一沒瘦的就是我的肩膀
我的朋友都說那是因為我作太多的ASHTANGA
但是女生應該很難練出肌肉吧
所以我對這種說法非常不解
而且我也不覺得帶ASHATANGA的老師肩膀有特別的厚
會是我施力不對嗎?
