姿勢跑法強調最有效率的跑法,
避免各種浪費能量的作法(推蹬確實在他裡面是認為要減少甚至不需要的)
m大一直認為沒有推蹬無法跑,可能是沒有體會到姿勢跑法的精要,
或許可以再多加體會原作者的說法。
(但個人習慣,未必一定要按姿勢跑法所說得去跑)
只是如果跟人家討論姿勢跑法,作者確實強調的是不需要多餘的推蹬。
這一點應該不需要用自身習慣去改該作者的觀點。

或者自己有觀點認為比較好的,可以在講清楚原作者觀點後,自己補充,這樣避免混淆。

回頭說推蹬這動作,在短跑或是加速時非常有用,也確實能讓速度一下提升上來,
但卻非常耗費體力。所以有的人在起跑後,就會讓推蹬的力量減少甚至不用,
改成姿勢跑法(身體前傾,運用重力的分量讓身體往前)。
至於這樣還有沒有推蹬的力量,應該這樣說,不刻意去用推蹬加速了,
而是讓重力分量讓身體自然往前的力量居多,此時小腿變成只要提腳,
整個步伐就會往前進。
(至於這中間是否還有推蹬力量,嚴格說是有,但不強調,畢竟腳底跟地面摩擦
沒有摩擦力的話怎麼會動?)但這股力量已經隱含在跑步過程中,身體形成慣性往前,
不特別強調這一部分(其實如果有意識的強調某部分,好像就會特別大力)
例如強調腳跟地面不要拍打太大聲,意識上反而會特別去注意腳要用力,輕輕接觸地面。
