由於內容很長 可以從50分開始看
很清楚的說到推蹬的看法 就是不要推蹬
大體上就是說透過重心的往前 讓身體自然往前
因此與重心相對的頃斜角度很重要
當一個人練到極限後 只要你頃斜角度不變 你就不可能再進步
相反的 只要你適當改變姿勢 就能大幅使成績進步
講者徐老師也是該書的翻譯者與理論支持者
