第一次練姿勢跑法 - 路跑 Road Running

原本的極限大概是10~11km
今天員工旅遊大概爬了40分鐘左右的山
回家時腿是有點酸痛的狀態
想說好不容易天氣好一點了,來練一下姿勢跑法
結果跑約4.2km左右股二頭就無力了(腳後跟抬不起來)
然後小腿也很酸
原本預計應該可以跑到6km左右的說 orz
爬了一下文說小腿酸是一開始練習的自然現象??
感覺落地的時候重心如果落在蹠球部~腳趾之間,小腿會比較吃力
介於蹠球部~足弓之間就比較不會,但腳根會碰到地面
不知道哪個是正確的??
又,腳後根勾起的高度,一定要像影片裡面一樣接近臀部嗎??
因為沒力時只能勾一點起來....
