第一次10k - 路跑 Road Running

之前看到發票盃路跑報名費很便宜,地點又在總統府離學校不遠,抱著沒跑過愛玩的心態,
就拉個朋友參加了。
今天要跑步時其實很緊張,因為上次第一次跑半馬時最後幾乎用走的2:40才完賽,很怕自己
跑不完!
這場路跑又只有看到1k有牌子,之後就都沒有,只能從水站(有香蕉和水)和折返點抓距離,
而自己身上連手錶都沒有,完全憑感覺跑。
回到平面路段的最後1K的牌子時,才發現好像沒有想像中累,開始加速,最後200m腳變得很
重,像跑800的最後一段,就努力想著終點千萬堅持下去!然後不知不覺就跑完了!
之後第一個反應是問隔壁的阿杯跑多久><
腳酸到不想拿水~就在起跑點休息等朋友,身體有一種舒暢的感覺!
最後大會時間47:11,晶片時間46:41,總排名300多,分組11(女戊)。
朋友跑54分多,分組21
補個: 不過也不能算是沒練過體能,平常練球一週也會操一兩次體能,像是跑間歇爬樓梯之
類,折返更是日常><
另外,一週也有二三次重訓,一次兩個多小時,其實份量也是有。雖然不是以長跑為訓練目
標,但應該還是有幫助。
