疫情期間
幾乎都沒什麼跑步
加上分流在家工作
甜食點心一直吃
兩個多月下來
竟然胖了快四公斤
請教大家
若跑步時間是早上10點到11點之間
通常跑8K
為了減肥
是否不吃早餐的效果比較好
因為聽說若無醣類消耗
就只能消耗脂肪
只是不知道會不會影響健康和跑步效率
