將體重從78降到58
體脂也從26降到14
目前顯得太瘦~有點單薄。
朋友和家人建議我多練習核心訓練,
請各位大肌肉的猛男美女們
推薦幾組簡易的動作 在家可以練習的
沒跑步的時候訓練30-40分鐘
周跑量大約20-30公里
一周約跑3-4天
