跑步習慣約有七八個月了
以前完全不會想跑步阿!!(小女子以前是很貧於運動的!)
之後想試試看半馬(以完賽為目標)
目前的練習模式大概是
周練習天數: 2~5天 (懶散 V.S. 勤勞)
單次時間長度: 狀況差約跑40分鐘, 狀況佳跑60分鐘 (中途沒停)
跑速約7~8km/hr
接下來我可以怎麼訓練我自己呢??
還想請問一下, 我跑的時間長度會不會讓膝蓋壞的比較快..?
