跑步時呼吸的聲音 - 路跑 Road Running

大家好,小弟跟各位一樣熱愛跑步,不過還是新手
平常跑河堤以及學校操場速度都維持在 6min/km,跑半小時以上
只參加過23km及10km的賽事,但最近發現一些問題
就是練跑時會習慣用嘴巴呼吸,而且聲音很大,好像很累這樣
仔細觀察過別人好像普遍很少有這問題
自己覺得可能是肺活量不足,需要大量換氣
亦或是速度放慢一點可能比較不會喘(?)
想請問各位前輩有沒有方法改善,我想要更帥氣的跑步
