Fy是無助於前進的垂直分力,Fy絕對值越大就越要放鬆,
最粗糙的區分法就是「前1/3 中1/3 後1/3」,前後放鬆,中間出力,
過程都是max的力量,不是最佳化的出力分配。
Fy不只無效,還有其他缺點會減損Fx的效用。
"S型"或"高手肘划水"等等,目的都是用更通俗易懂的說法,
教大家在提高Fx所佔週期,把中間出力的1/3加大,前後無效比例高的各1/3減少。
只不過很多教游泳的人,到後來都不知道"S型"或"高手肘划水"的理由何在。
直臂划手就是劣在這裡,Fy佔比例太大。
「感覺很有力」可以肯定你出了很多力,卻不見得都有用在前進上。
BTW
我有聽過一個說法:「"S型划水"路徑比較長,所以可以划比較多水,比較有效率」
不知道有沒有版友聽過/教過這種觀念的?
希望可以聽到有人跳出來解釋,因為我不認為這個說法合理。
