雖然已經跑步跑了一陣子 也都有養成暖身跟收操的習慣
但每次只要休息不夠 我還是常常隔天大小腿痠痛
不過最近拿了我媽的醫卡低週波酸痛機來用之後
發現對於小腿痠痛超有幫助的
拿來按摩之後肌肉就不會像原本那樣緊繃
相對也可以恢復得更快一點
容易肌肉痠痛的人也可以找來試試看
