我能夠做到這個動作
但是頸椎大約C6-C7感到非常不舒服
因為有這節頸椎彎曲時會有突起
做鋤式就會後彎壓迫
這個問題怎麼解決
我覺得應該是我做錯了吧
請幫忙回答一下
