就是劈腿的收操牛面式
具有收縮骨盆的效果

動作要領是雙腿膝蓋要交疊
但想請問如果是筋比較硬,沒辦法交疊的人
可以硬做讓筋慢慢久了變軟到可以交疊嗎?
因為一腿正確,另一腿卻放不上去時,我覺得上面那隻腳的動作有點像蹺腳
但蹺腳不是對骨盆不太好?
想問問大家是怎麼作這個姿勢的 :)
