激烈練習完會火氣大 - 路跑 Road Running

如題
月跑量大約是200左右
平常如果是輕鬆跑
心跳區保持在zone4 以下
大多沒有問題
但一旦大部分時間 進到zone4 甚至5
例如 半馬速度的tempo 或是亞索800
即使練跑完 大量補充營養/水果 跟喝水
還是會覺得 身體開始上火 一直覺得口渴
請問有人有同樣感覺嗎?
