超新手問skechers和美津濃 - 路跑 Road Running

超級新手,
之前完全沒有運動的習慣,
所以沒有肌力可言,肉超軟。
本來考慮美津濃WAVE RIDER,
但有看到文章說如果沒有肌力,穿美津濃彈力太好可能會受傷,
請問有新手穿WAVE RTDER覺得不舒服的嗎?
我也有考慮skechers夜鶯,
