渣打初馬3:45 - 路跑 Road Running

雖然平均月跑量20k,但原本跑前信心滿滿覺得3:30不難QQ
然而遇到寒訓一周練七天,一天6~8小時(不只跑步)
周跑量瞬間上升到35k
最後腳底痛,肝醣也沒有時間補
------
先說結論
肝醣補好補滿很重要比跑前減量還重要
氣溫也是影響速度的重要因素
------
原本賽前一天腳底痛到連走路都有困難想放棄
但想說不想浪費1000元就抱頭上陣了
前半段天氣夠冷速度還維持不錯
4:50左右維持到半馬都還行,心跳維持在160上下
那時以為3:30應該沒問題xd
但沒想到肝醣(?)到26k就不行了,
心跳降到12x,但怎樣都沒力再加上去,
速度掉到6分多qq
最後到終點花了3:45
------
心得
這場天氣還不錯,
路段也還算可以,
但起點終點規劃糟糕,
拖了快10分鐘左右才離開慢走的人潮
建議縮減規模,或是再細分速度~
最近終於有空把跑量提升
下次衝3:00
------------------
最後還是得說跑量還是很重要
兩年前完全沒在跑步的時候,初半馬最後5K都用走的,最後2:3X
跑了兩年累積了500km,雖然相比版上平均少的可憐,
但至少這次前半馬跑的完了 1:42過 :)
