減量或是減質? - 路跑 Road Running

一般我們排練習的課程【不練間歇】,
例如一個月的課表,
扣除完全休息日不管,
有看過某跑友的課表,每次都15km,但pace的強度落差在1分鐘。
但也看到另一位跑友的課表,平常20km,減量在15km,但強度都一樣。
大家喜歡量變化還是質變化?
