我想要問一下Q1:我想要減肥如果我現在開始晚餐不吃晚上開始去健身房跑步這樣會受嗎如果會的話一次大概要跑多久效果比較明顯??由於我是一般學生怕太累隔天上課會沒精神所以不要回答我越久越好,想要個大概數據Q2:如果我把晚餐都不吃改成都吃甘草巴樂的話這樣有比較好嗎??還有減肥是要吃大番茄
