早餐鮪魚御飯團無糖優酪乳或無糖豆漿午餐魯雞腿便當(雞腿去皮飯只之一半3樣青菜全部吃完)晚餐便利商店賣的綜合水果每天喝2500CC的白開水外加快走+跑步運動30分鐘請問這樣一直堅持下去過年以前減20公斤會不會很難?
