不知道有沒有人跟我一樣是跑街頭的
因為我不喜歡繞圈圈跑, 不管是大安森林公園或是中正紀念堂都不喜歡
very boring
我"最近"的路線是
仁愛路->敦化南路->和平東路->羅斯福路->中山南路
每天晚上十點, 希望可以做到一週五天
(之前有陣子沒跑, 改做點重訓
但是腹部線條還是出不來, 所以覺得還是要降體脂肪)
主要著眼點在於仁愛路和敦化南路好跑, 後面那三條路是彎回來用的沒辦法.
我不是練家子所以不快, 含等紅燈全程大概52~55 分
另外週末剛換了新的htc手機
下載了運動記錄軟體endomondo
今天第一次來試
它記錄的結果是這樣:

它幫我在仁愛路和敦化南路那邊切了一個好大的斜線 XD
路線稍有不準之外, 記錄還蠻詳細的..
and 按一個鍵就可以發在FB 上昭告天下, 哪天沒跑就會覺得不好意思 XU
