大家好
這陣子在體育場練習
都會看到有些人在觀眾席練跑
我跑步將近兩年時間
半馬進步還是很慢(女生)
都落在1:55~2:00 目標1:50
想要增強肌力,去樓梯練
但又怕不小心受傷
所以想請問樓梯有什麼建議的訓練方式呢?
