目標: 12小時完賽!!
目前: 10KM全力衝可在47分
半馬 太馬 1:53
全馬 富邦 4:00
附上最近富邦公里 vs 時間
10 KM 0:55:46 5'36
20 KM 1:51:48 5'36
30 KM 2:48:38 5'41
終點 4:00:59 6'02
很明顯在30公里開始掉速(河濱逆風大雨,肌力已不夠),
大約在38-39公里左右,上麥帥橋,
只能用很緩慢的速度龜上去,還有基隆地下道先下後上,
下的時候不敢放開腳步,很怕抽筋就慘了,
全程都用跑的,全馬跑完後腿有點鐵,全程無抽筋,只是很痠,
由於下大雨腳在水裡快泡了四小時,起了水泡,腳踩水泡地方會痛,
如果南橫是大雨的話,應該是會很慘
平常訓練方式週一到週五每天12公里,用五分速,一小時跑完,
假日休一跑一天LSD 28-32公里,用5'30左右,
月跑量約在350-400公里之間
請問這樣是否有辦法12小時完賽?
該加強什麼菜單?
或是如果改成週1,3 5,跑20公里用5'20,週2,4休,會比較好嗎?
另外水泡處理方式,我是戳個洞,排水後貼OK蹦,這樣OK嗎?
跑完菊花附近的肌肉腫起來會痛,要讓他自然消嗎,還是有什麼藥可以擦?
我常常會這樣,不知道有沒賽前的預防措施?
目前穿mizuno amulet3 wide,鞋底磨的差不多了,
不知道換spacer適不適合我?
