核心夠強,鮮少練跑也能sub3? - 路跑 Road Running

會有這個疑問是因為小弟今年畢業即將國軍online,進入軍中應該很少有機會練跑,
已經有退伍後打掉重練的覺悟了,然而團內有位前輩,19歲已爬完百岳,平常以爬山為主,
因此不管是核心與一些小肌群肌力都很強,跟他聊天時,講到他月跑量有時連50k都不到,
有時甚至連20k也沒,但全馬能跑30x
因此產生了一個想法,
是否有可能跑量低,但透過強化自身的核心以及小肌群,以達成業餘選手sub3的夢想,
想請問各位跑友身邊是否也有小弟上述的那種人,甚至還sub3的?
