大家好!
今天在NPR的Fresh Air節目裡面,聽到一個有趣的議題,
這個討論其實還顛覆了我個人的一些觀念,
所以,我想要在這邊跟各位先進請教一下,是否大家曾經聽過類似的觀念:

我把個人覺得有趣的部份特別挑出來:
"...because there are some studies that clearly indicate that being
very flexible is not good for athletics, and that's especially true
if you're a runner. If you have really flexible hamstring muscles,
you tend to be less efficient as a runner. You actually use more oxygen.
So when I became a little less flexible, as I grew older,
I actually became a faster runner, which was interesting.
And that's because a really tight muscle is like a very well-stretched
piece of elastic, and it returns energy extremely efficiently.
So if you have tight hamstring muscles, you can be a very fast runner.
You're also somewhat prone to more injury"
這裡的意思應該是說,你的腿部肌肉如果愈緊崩,你就會跑得愈快?
但是你也比較容易受傷?
請問大家平常參加比賽會用這種方式來提升成績嗎?
