現在迷上了長時間的有養運動
例如跑步一跑就1-2小時
騎車3-5小時
運動完後其實吃不太下
而且因為白天要上班所以下班運動完後大約9點
等身體冷卻吃東西又有點太晚
可是聽說運動後不吃晚餐對身體不好...除了會長不出肌肉外還會分解本身的加肉當養分
很迷惘..請各位大大給小弟一點意見 謝謝
