已經持續跑步約兩個月,月跑量也都在120K左右
每周約跑3~4天 6~12K不等
但體重似乎都不太會降,
每天約三餐正常吃,消夜想吃就吃...
早餐蛋餅 豆漿
午餐便當
晚餐便當
消夜蛋餅 豆漿
喝的部分大概就檸檬水以及白開水
想請問板上的前輩們,
如果跑步想瘦身,可以正常吃東西嗎?
如果想要正常吃東西,月跑量大概要到多少,才可以正常吃又達到瘦身的效果?
