慢跑新手,該加速還是培養基本體力? - 路跑 Road Running

先附上這三個月的跑步紀錄,
從300m操場只能跑兩圈開始,
我大概在過去一個月(十月)才真正培養起早上六點跑步、每周跑六天的習慣,
當然速度有夠慢......目前6km大概要花56分~一小時;
過去每週都會給自己設定目標,
比如說第一週跑10圈、第二週就要跑13圈...以此類推,
這週原本的目標是300m操場"衝一圈、慢慢跑兩圈"這樣,試圖想要加快跑速,
但是昨天和前天試跑卻發現自己辦不到囧"
熱身跑三圈,衝過第一圈後就只能慢慢跑......接下來要衝衝不起來>"<
想請問板上先進,
目前我該怎麼練習呢?因為工作的關係只有早上6:15~7:15能夠跑步,
因此先前別人建議的"繼續拉長距離,速度就會不知不覺變快"可能沒辦法>皿<
請問我該:
1)繼續每週六天跑6km,慢慢速度就會變快;同時一週三天作阻力訓練
還是
2)逼自己練習"衝刺-慢跑" 呢?
