有關跑步快速燒脂的問題 - 路跑 Road Running

小弟我每天都跑5000M,時間大約都在25,26min那附近
應該不算很劇烈
兩個月前我的體脂率是10%
今天量變成6.4%= =
這樣下去我都快變竹竿了(180cm/60.5Kg)
本來是想增加食慾配合重訓
但是目前看來怎麼好像減肥很成功XDD
不知道有沒有辦法不要讓體脂率再掉
或是讓它回升
但又可以練心肺耐力的方法呢??(想說只跑兩三千真的有點少)
噢對了!我最近食量沒有特別大,大概只比沒在運動時的一天三餐
多吃一個麵包當下午茶而已,宵夜時間反而不會餓
