ELCHE WANT DEPORTIVO PLAYERS

Segunda Division club Elche have big plans with the players who will leave
Deportivo this summer. Their new board, which was installed on 9 July, wants to
take over several players of Deportivo who won't be included in the squad. Led
by president Ramon Sanchez this new board wants to boost their squad to achieve
promotion to the Primera Division.

西乙的Elche想在今年買進幾位新球員，他們的目標是幾位目前並沒有被排在下賽季名單內
的拉科球員，Elche希望可以增加球隊的實力並升到甲級聯賽之列。

Yesterday Ramon Sanchez travelled to La Coruna and at seven in the evening had a
meeting of several hours with Deportivo president Lendoiro. Sanchez commented
that "at the moment we want to take a look at the players which Deportivo could
offer us, as well as the possibilities we have of getting them", he said.
Players like Juanmi, Dani Mallo, Jaime, Fernando, Jose Manuel, Djalminha and
Chanqui could be among the targets of Elche, who expect to sell 15,000
seasontickets this summer.

However, their biggest target will be Brazilian midfielder Djalminha. That is
the main reason why Ramon Sanchez, together with general director Mariano
Aguilar, met Lendoiro on Wednesday. But a deal won't be easy at all as the
Brazilian star has revealed he wants to return to Deportivo, and the option of
playing in the Segunda Division might not be among his wishes.

其實Elche最主要的目標是Djaminha，這才是他們的主席願意特地親自跑到拉科魯尼亞的原
因，但Djaminha已經表示他希望在下賽季回到拉科，而且他並不希望到以及聯賽踢球

Elche coach Carlos Garcia Cantarero called Djalminha an "exceptional" player
and he added that he would not doubt having him at Elche. "I would love to have
him here, but it's no use speaking about something that hasn't been realized
yet".

One of the problems of getting Djalminha is his salary, as at Deportivo he
earns a net salary of about 1,5 million Euro. Deportivo have in mind to sell
him for about 6 million Euro, although they could lesser their asking price.
Betis and Atletico have shown an interest in the past, and now Greek clubs
Panathinaikos and Olympiakos have joined the hunt for Djalminha.

Elche想要簽下Djaminha還有另外一個瓶頸，就是他的薪水，Djaminha在拉科的年薪是從
一千五百萬歐元起跳，拉科打算用六百萬歐元將他出售，也許拉科可以接受殺價。目前
包括Betis，Athletico都曾表示有興趣，現在還有希臘的Panathinaikos和Olympiakos
加入爭奪戰。
