最適划手數與最低划手數 - 游泳討論

再次上來問問題請教各位 還請各位高手們不吝賜教 謝謝!
繼上月中發問的"速度與效率" 參考了wendycandy版主的回應之後
這半個月菜單減半 主要練短程菜單1000m 藉此著重感受手部動作 而非長程菜單的完成度
目前感受度是短程菜單划手數比較能控制 短程菜單1000m可以全程皆以快速方式前進
應可維持全程十趟近乎均速
但以往長程菜單2000m 必須過了1200~1500m之後才能加速衝刺 前面都採慢游方式
都是起初1000m十趟慢速 之後1000~1500m五趟加速 最後1500~2000m五趟衝刺 大致這樣
之後有機會再來測二十趟看有沒有辦法維持加速或衝刺的狀況 要體力好&人少的時候
衍生問題想請教各位高手們 長泳是要全程均速才是正確的嗎?
另外一個問題請教大家
因為我右手多年來肌腱炎一直無法根治 嚴重時手指連到手肘處都痛麻虛軟無法施力
平常除了右手寫字以外其餘工作都是左利
所以一直以來在游泳時右手的抓水效率遠低於左手
因最近有點復發 請問我要多去游泳復健還是多讓手部休息呢?
今天有機會去測了一下划手數 因為滾轉短時間無法自學 有機會爆完期中再看看:)
性別:女 年齡:28歲 身高:166cm
今日菜單:1000m捷,長池30min;單程最佳54划17換,平均60划19換
換氣數:單程50m需要17~20次 3划1換 左右次數均等 眾數19次
划手數:單程50m需要54~60次 眾數58~60次
這是今天測划頻的結果 未知是否比起上篇測速 有接近版主所提的"可達到的改善程度"?
另外 我有爬文看了一下前面"划頻與划距"的討論串
內文有討論到"長划距的理由"為 抓推更多水/降低水阻/滑行與停頓
版主有提到 最適划手數不等於最低划手數
就這個部分想請問各位高手們 如何才能知道自己的最適划手數呢?
是有類似之前看過的身高對照表去推算?還是考量個人速度下另有其他計算方式?
所以是要找到自己的最低划手數調整成最適划手數?還是由平均數或是眾數去找最適?
在下是素人 如果問的問題太過初階入門或是言詞表達不夠精準 還請各位多多包涵!
