小第平常一週約跑3天 每次約跑10k(操場第四跑道25圈)
速度原本都一直維持著
但這兩周不知道為啥身體有愈跑愈累的趨勢...
腳都很痠(尤其是腳踝) 呼吸有點難調整
以前跑完10k雖不覺得非常輕鬆 但都感覺還可以繼續跑
最近跑6k就有點累了 然後頂多撐到8k
而且今天跑完8k之後 停下來散步時竟然感到一陣暈眩...大概走了200m才逐漸好轉
請問我應該要休息一段時間嗎?
如果要休息是否有什麼運動可以替代的?
