體重比現在輕6公斤

今年1-10月平均月跑量12k XD
上週六心血來潮 跑一次22k 均速大概5:57左右
今天跑一次10公里均速5:43
12/9台北馬 半馬若要破2
均速約5:39
請問接下來20天課表要怎麼安排?
跑節奏跑?
跑長間歇?
