晚上練跑完吃什麼 - 路跑 Road Running

大家好,小弟跑齡3年,目前已經完成3次全馬及9次半馬,半馬PB 1:45、全馬PB 4:04
,每週訓練2-3次,一年會規劃大概3-5次的賽事,希望成績可以再有所突破。
因為工作有時需要加班,能實際練跑的時間不多,所以練習菜單大都選擇 Tempo Run 或
長短間歇課表,但隔天起床會感覺有些疲累、痠痛,導致上班更累XD
除了加強練跑後的放鬆伸展之外,同時也好奇是否能從吃的部分著手進行補給以達到身體
復原的效果?
目前練完大多是喝運動飲料配香蕉,偶爾會增加飯糰或豆漿,因為訓練都是在晚上,所以
沒有吃太多,有時候真的會蠻困擾到底要吃啥。最近剛好公司午餐訂購一家叫做 UP 運動
吃沙拉的運動餐,蠻酷的是他有針對跑步設計的跑者沙拉,跑完吃是蠻清爽,看到它寫碳
水化合物 70% 跟蛋白質 20%,不曉得這樣蛋白質會不會補的不夠?
不曉得各位晚上練跑完都怎麼吃,如何讓隔天可以比較不會這麼疲倦?
