明天就要環島了 - 路跑 Road Running

恩,如題
小弟我明天就要開始環島囉,而且是以慢跑的形式
因為家住彰化,所以會從我家開始出發
之前也爬過文,看過很多前輩的心得,所以也準備了一段時間(負重跑 增加周跑量及日跑
量)
大致上跑齡大約一年(不包含當兵的話
跑法偏步伐小 高步頻的方式(也就是腳離地的垂直振幅小,類似小碎步的超慢跑法
所以一路跑來除了曾經下坡受過傷外(練跑初期
沒受過傷
加上體脂率用過機器測過大約在12-15%,身高173 體重65
所以身體給膝蓋的負擔應該還好
恩~其實說這麼多,也只是給自己一點信心
希望這次的環島行能順利(雖然明天颱風聽說要北轉NO
還有因為5/18要教召,讓我的行程卡到,所以打算邊跑邊玩到龍泉進去
5/22出來再繼續跑(倒
