早上練跑 - 路跑 Road Running

路跑版的版友大家好
最近在準備富邦的半馬 (人生第一次 XD)
平常練習最長是 14~15K
這個30天來練了四次超過10K的 依序是 10k 12k 13k 15k
一個禮拜練跑約三天 里程落在15~30
完賽應該是沒有問題的 但我幾乎每次練習都在晚上
偶爾白天練習的話 就會爆的一乾二淨
像前天原本打算練LSD 15~16k的
可是無論我怎麼將速度慢下來 身體好像熱不起來、心跳爆炸一樣
跑個3.2k就炸掉了
但以平常晚上練習來說 這樣的速度跑5k應該是很舒服的
但不知道為什麼 只要白天練習就會出現這樣的情況 囧>
p.s.練跑的時間點離上次練習有兩天 且中間作息正常
想請問
怎麼解決這種"白天跑步恐懼症" 囧>
很怕富邦跑一跑爆掉 Orz
