小弟大概從5月底開始斷斷續續的
開始慢跑 到現在跑了一個多月
一開始是一週跑一次2k覺得很累
目前的情況是
每週跑三次
每次跑到5k左右
但是每跑1.5-2k 就需要慢下來用走的喝個水
加上個性偷懶不敢讓自己太拼
所以連走路喝水的時間也算進來
5K平均跑速只到 5分29秒/km
然後也很不耐熱
剛剛在太陽下33度的操場跑了5k
速度剩下 6分21秒/km .....
想請問一下,假如想讓5k速度更進步
菜單應該怎麼安排
訓練才比較有效率呢?
