一直以來的運動都是羽球,因為最近手受傷,
必須長時間休息,於是選擇慢跑來維持體能。
剛好在版上看到姿勢跑法的訊息,
從圖書館借了「跑步,該怎麼跑?」這本書,
書中提倡慢跑要讓重心落在前腳掌(或稍前),膝微彎,
這麼一來,才能借重重力產生向前的力量,
像是斜坡上的輪子…
個人認同部分觀點
但我本身是復健師,步態是結合多專業的複雜動作,
也知道任何跑法仍有個別爭議,沒有想討論的意思,
只是蠻納悶大多跑鞋,後跟處一定有緩衝裝置,
但前腳掌卻不見得有
例如:GT-2000, wave rider&inspire
這是為什麼呢?
相信廠商製鞋時必定有去研究過,(特別是仔細的日本人)
到底是姿勢跑法不被他們認同?
還是其他原因?
