夏天練跑可以持續幾公里不補水? - 路跑 Road Running

在熱到炸的夏天練跑,真的是很痛苦的事阿
打從六月份開始,單次跑量只能8K
而且途中必須休息三次,每次休息時間約2分鐘
包括喝水以及洗洗臉、洗洗毛巾..
才有辦法再繼續進行下一RUN
但這幾次練跑發現其他人好像都不用喝水休息的
1.一個阿伯單次大概都跑15K,速度是不快,估計約5:45左右
我看他練跑時幾乎都沒停下來休息,而且也不補水
都是整個練習結束後才喝水..
他還跟我說:比賽幾乎都5K才有水站,所以要喝至少要撐到5K再喝..
(真心覺得他很強,可以把水放在一旁然後真的無視水的存在)
2.跟一個朋友偶爾會在外面跑,一圈約12K
有時看他也都不帶水,他跟我說:他想要減少補水次數
因為比賽的時候停一個水站就差很多...
(聽完只覺得,不過就是日常練習,有需要玩命嗎?)
3.最近開始練跑的同事
他說他現在大概都跑5-6K就不行了..但中途不方便補水
我說我都大概8K,他說我很厲害
我說但我大概中間會休息三次,結果他竟然回我
如果中間能休息的話,那我一次大概能跑10公里以上..
(言下之意好像是我的練習方式太輕鬆... = =+)
大家夏天練跑,大概撐幾K就要補水了呢?
