新手練赤足到可以跑全馬要花多久時間? - 路跑 Road Running

想請教一下,最近在學校PU操場練赤足(很硬的PU XD),不過只有跑過約五次而已
剛開始每次只跑40分鐘而已,想請教若要練到可以參加一般全馬的程度
或是像穿慢跑鞋的速度跑全馬,是不是只要常跑到一定的時間就可以了?
打算慢慢隨興跑,一個月後把練習跑步頻率提升到每個禮拜跑四次一小時操場
不知腳底是不是就自然可以慢慢適應一般道路。
若這樣的練習大約要花多久的時間才適合去跑全馬這類的活動?
有人有這方面的經驗嗎? 謝謝
