新手第四次跑10k附近 - 路跑 Road Running

本魯是高三生跑步是路上亂跑再繞回家
冬天到了想說練一下跑步就不會冷了
一個禮拜就假日跑一次而已
比較常運動時是在國中桌球隊時
上了高中就沒那麼常在運動了
現在跑了四次10k左右成績都差不多在66分

中間都會停個一分鐘喝水
看到版上大大們都在50分左右
覺得自己好爛喔哈哈
暖身我就拉拉筋而已其他就沒做了
一開始會慢慢跑因為腳踝會痛
要怎麼慢慢加快自己跑10k的速度
之後想慢慢增加距離去挑戰半馬
所以加快速度和暖身有差嗎
還是有其他方法
