小弟因為體質易瘦,這幾年一直在重訓維持體重,但最近心一橫決定要先完成半馬目標再
繼
目標半馬希望能用5分速跑完
昨天去測5k 均速4'40
是用8~9成的力氣去測
滿喘的
爬文結果我的認知是大概一星期跑6天
可以跑一次間歇跟一次長距離=lsd?
其他天就跑5~10km的距離自己抓
像跑5~10km的時候大概要用怎樣
的力氣去跑?
是跑完有點喘但還可以繼續一直跑
還是要很累地跑完
然後比賽前2.3個星期不要跑lsd?
不曉得以上的認知對不對
麻煩各位川內大大給小弟一點意見
