不知道有沒有參加過的人
可以分享一下新光或是101登高賽
平常訓練的方式
該踩飛輪或XBIKE嗎?針對腿部肌肉訓練?
或是平時的路跑拉長時間就可以?
平時上班的大樓有12樓...不通風有點悶不太適合練
