我是一個日校三年級的學生身高164體重82我現再一個禮拜上六天課平日6點出門晚上10點半才回到家可是我很希望在畢業前可以瘦下一半的我而我現在有搭配中藥專科醫師的減肥藥調理但是我絕得我運動時間不夠還有我自從這樣作息之後出現了便祕的狀況...而且也因為三年級有許多的雜費目前我也正在從��
