聽說跳繩1000下可以瘦0.5KG是真的嗎那請問是要分段跳還是要持續跳呢我還是個學生所以我只有六日能跳,這樣一個禮拜只有跳兩天會有效果嗎?但一直跳很容易有小腿肌吧我主要是想瘦下半身>_<如果有更好的針對下半身減肥方法請告訴我喔拜託了!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!P.S.不要叫我花錢去吃減肥藥
