各位大大幫幫忙吧~^^我現在170cm,體重64真~的很胖QAQ現在最少想瘦個4~5公斤現在我國中2年級因為在私立學校所以壓力還蠻大的~~雖然想運動,但總是抽不出時間!更重要的是,我覺得我還蠻沒有毅力的,常常無法控制自己不要吃TTATT所以我想要一個"快速,容易,有效且健康的減肥方法"因為在學校都幫你安排�
