我159公分 62公斤 ~常常都有減重的念頭,但就是無法徹底實行><之前70公斤靠著吃減肥藥瘦到57公斤,但是現在沒吃藥快一年半了~沒有瘦下來 但也沒有復胖到很誇張~可能自己也有控制食量吧!我現在想要瘦到55公斤,每天約10點起床,11點吃早餐,2點吃午餐,6點半吃晚餐。其他時間都沒有吃��
