就是腿步拉筋 ex:坐著腿伸直,上半身前傾,主要拉腿後面的筋
盤腿,然後上半身前傾,主要拉屁股的筋。
可是拉完以後,
腰部脊椎那兩條肌肉就會很難過,
之前我是有搬重物閃到腰過,
之後如果長時間站立、頻繁彎腰打直時,
腰部脊椎那兩條肌肉就會受傷,(閃到)
然後我就要躺在床上不能動了,
後來有復健了一下,
不支道友沒有復健好,
請問這是什麼情況?
