話說我上學期平均每天做八十幾個,
結果受傷了,
肩膀一往後就有折手指的聲音,
下學期還要帶學弟做,不知道應該要做多少個??

但是我看騎魔姿勢佳,都說要做20個休息2分鐘再做
然後最好每天做不同部位的鍛鍊(?

在即時通看到有人發一篇「衝人氣的方法」
到底要不要點進去....
